Just because you have register on the website, you still need to register on the chat room.  When the log in box appears, Click on the "create new user account".  Follow instructions.  If you have already registered under your current user name, pick another one.  If you want your current name, then you will need to email us at GetTeamhelp@gmail.com and ask us to make the change for you.
